Starting Date: AUGUST  3RD 2026 Ending Date: OCTOBER 30TH 2026

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS OBLIGATORY TO ENTER. THE CONTEST BEGINS AT 12:01 A.M. ET, ON AUGUST 3rd, 2026 AND CLOSES AT 23:59 P.M. ET ON OCTOBER 30th 2026. THERE IS A TOTAL OF SIX (6) GRAND PRIZES AVAILABLE TO BE WON. OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF NORTHWESTERN TERRITORIES, BRITISH COLUMBIA, ALBERTA, SASKATCHEWAN, MANITOBA, QUÉBEC, ONTARIO WHO HAVE REACHED THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR PROVINCE AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. ODDS OF WINNING WILL DEPEND ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE BALLOTS RECEIVED BEFORE CONTEST CLOSES.

Eligible customers and employees will have an opportunity to enter the contest “THE CENTURY PLAY” (the “Contest”) which is sponsored by Westburne, a division of Rexel Canada Electrical Inc. (the “Sponsor” or “Westburne”). The Contest is governed by these Official Rules (the “Official Rules”). By participating in the Contest, each Entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the Contest are final in all respects. The Contest is subject to all federal, provincial and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

The words “you,” “your,” and “Entrant” as used herein refer to the person or individual trade account holder entering the Contest. All dollar amounts referred to in this Official Rules are in Canadian dollars.

  • Who can Participate

The Contest is open to customers who have an active, in good standing (with a current account balance that is no more than 30 days past due) and valid trading account with Westburne; who are legal residents of the provinces of Northwestern territories, British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Québec, Ontario and have reached the age of majority in their province at the time of entry into the Contest. Winning a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Account Eligibility & Independence: Entries, ballots, and prizes are awarded strictly on an individual Westburne Trade Account level. If a company or entity operates multiple locations or holds multiple individual Westburne Trade Accounts, each account functions independently. 

Every account has an equal chance of earning ballots and winning prizes based on its own account activity and is not grouped together or consolidated under a parent company.

Employees, directors, officers, representatives and mandatories of the Sponsor, their respective corporate affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, any member of the immediate family (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse, and life partners wherever they live) of employees, representatives or mandatories of the Sponsor or anyone who is domiciled in the household, whether related or not, of any employees, representatives or mandatories of the Sponsor, are not eligible to enter the Contest. Westburne Trade account is required to enter contest. Winning a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

  • Deadlines for Entry

The Registration for Contest begins at 12:01 a.m. ET, on AUGUST 3rd, 2026, and closes at 23:59 p.m. ET on AUGUST 31st, 2026 (the “Registration Period”). 

The Contest begins at 12:01 a.m. ET, on AUGUST 3rd, 2026, and closes at 23:59 p.m. ET on OCTOBER 30th, 2026 (the “Contest Period”). Sponsor is the official timekeeper for the Contest.

The Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may end the Contest before October 30th, 2026, without notice.

Customers must register by August 31, 2026 to be eligible. Purchases made without a completed registration by that date do not qualify for entry, regardless of amount or timing.

  • How to Enter

To be eligible to win a prize, the Entrant must complete an entry form (“Entry Form”). 

In order to enter the Contest (“Entry”) and to win the Grand Prize (as described below), one automatic (1) entry/ballot will be issued for every purchase of one hundred dollars ($100) worth (before applicable taxes) of eligible products in store or online using an active Westburne Trade account.

An Entry shall be deemed to be submitted by the individual holder of the Westburne Trade Account. Any employee who registers or submits entries on behalf of an account warrants that they possess the authority to do so on behalf of the company. 

Entries/ballots are calculated per individual trade account in whole $100 increments ($100 = 1 Ballot). Example: Spend of $599 will mean 5 ballots. $99 counted towards the next Ballot.

The minimum spend threshold to be met to start accumulating ballots for the campaign, is $300. Example: A spend of $250 in August despite registration will earn no ballots as the Minimum spend threshold wasn’t met.

Entries earned by one individual account cannot be combined, transferred, or pooled with another account, regardless of shared corporate ownership or location. In store entries will be processed automatically by the Sponsor. 

Each Entrant will have access to a dashboard to track the earned ballots and/or e-mail reminders shall be sent at the address indicated in their Westburne account.

There is no limit on the number of Entries that can be issued to the individual holder of the Westburne account.

  • Option without necessary Purchase / No Purchase Method Entry

To obtain an Entry without purchasing any Products, you will be required to send your 500-word request (with sufficient postage), including your name, address, city and postal code, phone number and the date to the following address: “NATACHA AUVERT” Westburne, a division of Rexel Canada Electrical Inc., Attn: National Marketing Manager, 1180 Courtneypark Drive E, Mississauga, ON L5T 1P2. Requests must be received by the Sponsor (postmarked) no later than OCTOBER 30th 2026. Any Entries received after this date will be declared void. The Entries obtained through this process are subject to the Official Rules. Limit of one (1) no-purchase Entry per person, per postage-paid envelope, during the Contest Period, while supplies last. All Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

  • Prizes

5.1 Tiered Prize Structure & Value

There are a total of six (6) prizes available to be won across four (4) distinct contest tiers (each a “Prize”), with an aggregate value of thirty-one thousand five hundred dollars ($31,500 CAD).

Registration in the Contest by any customer employee is on behalf of the company, not as an individual. The company owner or president of each Potential Winner will be notified by e-mail.

Once a customer surpasses the spend minimum for the next tier, they automatically move into that tier’s prize draw and are no longer eligible for prizes from the previous tier. As spend increases, customers continue progressing upward through the program.

  1. Bronze Tier Prize:
    1. There are three (3) Bronze Tier prizes available to be won, with an aggregate value of one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500 CAD).
    2. Prize Description: Monthly surprise prize ($500 value each).
    3. Three (3) winners: one (1) winner per month for August, September, and October. Draw schedule specified in section 7.
    4. One winner cannot win multiple times within same tier.
    5. Minimum Spend Requirement: $300 spend accumulated during the Contest Period ($100 = 1 Ballot).
  2. Silver Tier Prize:
    1. There is one (1) Silver Tier prize available to be won, with an aggregate value of five thousand dollars ($5,000 CAD).
    2.  Prize Description: $5,000 Super Stars Fan Experience Pack (consisting of 3 items).
    3. Minimum Spend Requirement: $15,000 spend accumulated during the Contest Period ($100 = 1 Ballot).
  3. Gold Tier Prize:
    1. There is one (1) Gold Tier prize available to be won, with an aggregate value of ten thousand dollars ($10,000 CAD).
    2. Prize Description: $10,000 Hall of Fame Fan Experience Pack (consisting of 3 items).
    3. Minimum Spend Requirement: $70,000 spend accumulated during the Contest Period ($100 = 1 Ballot).
  4. Diamond Tier Prize:
    1. There is one (1) Diamond Tier prize available to be won, with an aggregate value of fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000 CAD).
    2. Prize Description: $15,000 GOATs Fan Experience Pack (consisting of 3 items).
    3. Minimum Spend Requirement: $205,000 spend accumulated during the Contest Period ($100 = 1 Ballot).
  1. Ballot Calculation & Multipliers 
    1. Standard Rate: One (1) automatic entry/ballot will be issued for every one hundred dollars ($100) worth (before applicable taxes) of eligible products purchased in-store or online using an active and valid individual Westburne Trade Account during the Contest Period. An Entrant can thus accumulate several entries to the random draws to increase their chances of winning. 
    2. Century Surge Days (3x Multipliers): Purchases made online (web-only) during designated “Century Surge Days” will earn three times (3x) the ballots, equivalent to three (3) ballots for every $100 spent (before applicable taxes). Only purchases made on the applicable Century Surge Days between 12:00 AM and 11:59 PM will be counted. Century Surge Days will be announced periodically on the contest’s landing page (westburne100years.ca/centuryplay) and dashboard, as well as by email to registered account holders during the Contest Period.National Prize Allocation: All prizes across all tiers are awarded on a national basis from the total pool of eligible ballots on draw dates accumulated across Canada and are not allocated per division/region.
    3. Once a customer surpasses the spend minimum for the next tier, they automatically move into that tier’s prize draw and are no longer eligible for prizes from the previous tier.
  2. Fan Packages: 
    1. Fan Packages comprised of multiple items are awarded as a single bundle and cannot be separated, altered, or partially redeemed. 
    2. If any individual item in a package is unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value. 
    3. Sponsor obtains prize merchandise and autographed items in good faith from reputable suppliers and, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, disclaims all liability and warranties regarding item authenticity, origin, or third-party representation.
    4. The Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with any player, team, league, or related rights-holder. Prize images are for illustration purposes only and actual prizes may vary.
  3. Other Rules Applicable to Prizes
    1. The Prizes must be accepted as awarded, are not transferable and cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash. 
    2. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute another prize of equal or greater value for a Prize, should a Prize be unavailable for any reason.  
    3. In no event shall the Sponsor be required to award more Prizes than indicated in these Official Rules or to award a Prize otherwise than in compliance with these Official Rules.
    4. Any Prize represented in promotional materials is for illustration purposes only and may not be the exact item(s) offered as a Prize. 
    5. All other costs and expenses (including taxes and fees) not specified as part of a Prize in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the Winner (as defined below). 
    6. All Winners (as defined below) assume any and all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by entering, participating in this Contest or the use or redemption of any Prize.
    7. If a portion of a Grand Prize is not used, no compensation will be awarded to the Winner.
    8. No alteration or duplication of Grand Prizes will be accepted. In the event of loss, theft, mutilation, alteration or unauthorized use. Grand Prizes will not be refunded or replaced.
    9. Grand Prize may not be combined or attached to any other offer or promotion. Grand Prizes are subject to any other applicable restrictions and conditions that appear on them or that may be communicated by the Sponsor.
    10. All prizes, including autographed or authenticated items, are provided ‘as is’ in good faith based on supplier verification, and Sponsor makes no warranties regarding, nor assumes any liability for, third-party authenticity or valuation.
  • Odds of Winning

Odds of winning a Prize will depend on the total number of eligible ballots received during the Contest Period. 

If a selected entrant is unable, prohibited, or unwilling to accept a prize for any reason, including because of their employer’s, organization’s, or institution’s internal policies, codes of conduct, gifts and hospitality rules, conflict of interest policies, anti-bribery requirements, or any other legal, regulatory, or governance restriction, that selected entrant will be deemed ineligible to receive the prize and will forfeit all rights to it, without compensation. 

In such circumstances, Westburne reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify that selected entrant and select an alternate eligible entrant in accordance with these Contest Rules.

  • Prizes – How Winners Selected

All random draws will be conducted at the Westburne office located at 1180 COURTNEYPARK DRIVE E, MISSISSUAGA, ON L5T 1P2 at approximately 3:00 p.m. ET from all eligible national entries/ballots accumulated by individual Westburne Trade Accounts as of the applicable eligibility cutoff date.

  • Bronze Tier 
    1. Fresh Start Every Month: To give every account a clean slate and brand-new opportunities to win throughout the campaign, spend totals for ballot calculations refresh at the start of each calendar month during the Contest Period:
    2. Monthly Calculation Window: Ballots are calculated based on whole $100 increments accumulated within that specific calendar month (e.g., August 3–31, September 1–30, October 1–30).
    3. Monthly Reset: On the first day of each new month, your account spend counter resets to $0, giving every individual trade account, a fresh start and an equal opportunity to build momentum and earn new ballots for the upcoming monthly and grand prize draws. 
    4. Calculation Rule: Unearned fractional spend under $100 at the end of a calendar month does not roll over into the following month.

  • Prizes – How Winners Notified
      1. The company owner or president (or authorized corporate officer / top management individual) of each Potential Winner will be notified by e-mail at the address indicated in the Westburne Trade Account within thirty (30) days after the selection date (“Prize Notification”). 
      2. The company owner/president (or authorized corporate officer / top management individual) will receive with the Prize Notification a mathematical skill-testing question and a claim and release form (the “Winner Release”).
      3. In order to claim a Prize on behalf of the winning account, the authorized company representative must correctly answer, unaided, the mathematical skill-testing question, and complete, sign, and return the Winner Release to the Sponsor within fourteen (14) days from the date of the Prize Notification. 
      4. If all required conditions are met and the Potential Winner has complied with the Official Rules, the Potential Winner will be declared the winner (“Winner”) of a Prize. If any of these conditions are not met, if a Potential Winner or a Winner refuses a Prize for any reason, or if the Prize Notification is returned to Sponsor as undeliverable, the Potential Winner will forfeit his/her Prize.
      5. If a selected entrant is unable, prohibited, or unwilling to accept a prize for any reason, including because of their employer’s, organization’s, or institution’s internal policies, codes of conduct, gifts and hospitality rules, conflict of interest policies, anti-bribery requirements, or any other legal, regulatory, or governance restriction, that selected entrant will be deemed ineligible to receive the prize and will forfeit all rights to it, without compensation. In such circumstances, Westburne reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify that selected entrant and select an alternate eligible entrant in accordance with these Contest Rules.
      6. If a Prize is forfeited, Sponsor will randomly select another Potential Winner from the eligible Entries received for the relevant region / division and so on until the Prize is awarded. Prizes may be delivered to the Winners by e-mail at the address indicated in the Prize Winner’s Entry. Sponsor is not responsible for the failure, for any reason, of a Potential Winner to receive notification or for Sponsor’s failure to receive the response of a Potential Winner.
  • Miscellaneous Conditions

By participating in the Contest, each Entrant agrees (1) to be bound by the Official Rules and by any decision of Sponsor or its agents regarding the awarding of a Prize; and (2) to hold harmless the Sponsor, all companies legally affiliated with Sponsor and their employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents (“Sponsor and Affiliates”), from all liability, losses, injuries or damages of any sort resulting from Entrant’s participation in the Contest or their acceptance, use or misuse of the Prize.  For Quebec Residents only, Sponsor reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate all or any portion of the Contest at any time for any reason without prior notice, including the right to cancel or suspend the contest should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor corrupt the security or proper administration of the Contest. The Official Rules are subject to change without notice to comply with any applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws or the policy of any other entity having jurisdiction over Sponsor. The Contest is null and void where prohibited by law or otherwise.

  • Release and Indemnification

All Winners must sign the Sponsor’s Winner Release to: (i) confirm compliance with all Contest Rules; (ii) agree to accept prizes as awarded; (iii) release, discharge and hold harmless the Sponsor, its departments and agencies, parent, related and affiliated companies, subsidiaries, franchisees, advertising and promotional agencies, counsel, marketing partners, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, shareholders, successors, sponsors, partners, licensees, subsidiaries, agents, artists, advisors, assignees, and all others associated with the administration, development and execution of the Contest (the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all manner of action, cause of action, claim or demand, loss or injury, use or misuse of a prize or any travel related thereto, and the use of Entries by the Sponsor, suit, debt, covenant, contract, including legal fees and expenses, whatsoever, including but not limited to, claims based on negligence, breach of contract and fundamental breach, failure of any third-party contractor or supplier used in connection with any aspect of the Contest to perform or deliver any goods or services, any act of God or any other event beyond the Released Parties’ control, any dissatisfaction of any kind by a winner with any aspect of the Contest or any Prize, liability for physical injury, death, or property damage which the entrants, guests, their heirs, successors or assigns have, might have or could have suffered, by reason of or arising out of the Entrant’s participation in the Contest and/or in connection with the acceptance and/or exercise by the Entrant of Prizes as awarded; and (iv) indemnify the Released Parties against any loss, damage or expense, including legal fees, that any of the Released Parties may suffer or incur as a result of any non-compliance by Entrants with any of the Contest Rules or participation in the Contest and/or in connection with the acceptance and/or exercise by an Entrant of a Prize, and the use of Entries by the Sponsor.

Sponsor assumes no responsibility for incorrect, lost, stolen, incomplete, delayed, damaged or misdirected Entries/prize claims or for any failure of the Sponsor website during the Contest Period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an Entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from downloading any material or sharing any information in connection with the Contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage the Sponsor website or to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, mechanically reproduced, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way.

If Winner’s account is past due, Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, i) withhold the Prize until Winner’s account becomes current, or ii) disqualify the Winner, whereby the Entry will be deemed invalid and Sponsor will randomly select another Potential Winner from the eligible Entries received for the relevant region / division and so on until the Prize is awarded. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other Contest with Sponsor or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

  • Use of Personal Information

By entering the Contest, each Entrant agrees and consents to (1) the collection, use and disclosure by Sponsor of the Entrant’s personal information for the purposes of administering the Contest and awarding a Prize, and the Sponsor releasing the name and address of the Potential Winner to the applicable authority for the purpose of verifying eligibility under these Official Rules, and releasing the name of a Winner to those who request such information in accordance with Section 15 (Contest Winner List); (2) Sponsor’s use of the Entrant’s name, likeness, voice, city/town of residence, and any statements regarding a Prize for marketing purposes without any form of compensation.  All collection, use and disclosure of Entrant’s personal information shall be in accordance with Sponsor’s Customer Privacy Statement which can be found at: www.Westburne.ca.

  • Intellectual Property

The reproduction, representation or exploitation of all or part of the elements composing the Contest is strictly prohibited. All brands or names of products or services mentioned are trademarks or names of products or services and belong to their respective owners.

  1. Prevailing Documentation

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these English official contest rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest related materials, including, but not limited to: the terms and conditions of Contest Rules in French, the Prize claim forms, print or online advertising, the terms and conditions of these English official rules shall prevail, govern and control to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  • Law

The Contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable Canadian federal, provincial, territorial, municipal and local laws. This Contest shall be governed by the laws of the province of Ontario, including all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Contest rules, rights and obligations between Entrants and the Sponsor, and procedural provisions, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any dispute shall be adjudicated by the courts sitting in Toronto, province of Ontario, provided that Entrants who are residents of Québec retain the benefit of any mandatory provisions of Québec law, including any non-excludable right to bring proceedings before the courts of Québec.

  • Contest Winner List

The Winners’ names can be obtained by sending such a request and a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: “GALIA FAR” Westburne, a division of Rexel Canada Electrical Inc., Attn: DIRECTOR OF MARKETING, 1180 COURTNEYPARK DRIVE E, MISSISSUAGA, ON L5T 1P2. Requests must be received by NOVEMBER 15TH 2026.
